Estimates are given in good faith based on what we can see and what you tell us. If we open a door up and find something different - a bent shaft, a cracked bracket, a header that will not hold an anchor - we stop, explain it, and give you a revised price before continuing. You are free to decline.
We give arrival windows, not exact times, because emergency calls move the day around. If we are going to miss a window we call you.
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Parts ordered specially for a job may require a deposit.
Workmanship is guaranteed. Parts carry whatever warranty the manufacturer provides, and we will tell you what that is before fitting. Warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, forced operation of a failed door, or work carried out by someone else afterwards.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
Cancel or reschedule any time before we set off and there is no charge.
