If you fill in our estimate or contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address and job details you type in. If you call a tracked number, our call tracking provider records the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and may record and transcribe the call itself so we can check what was agreed. That is all we collect - we do not buy data about you from anyone else.
To quote your job, to turn up at the right address, to invoice, and to answer questions afterwards. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the contractor attending your job and the software we use to run the business.
This site uses basic analytics and call tracking scripts. They set cookies that let us see which pages people arrive on and which calls came from the site. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
Job records are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty or tax purposes, typically seven years. Call recordings are kept for a shorter period. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of the transaction.
Email us and you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
